With AI reshaping the workforce, STEM occupations are projected to grow nearly three times faster than other jobs over the next decade, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Yet women still earn just 23% of computer science bachelor's degrees and hold only about a quarter of computing jobs in the U.S. Now more than ever, we need to close the gender gap in tech by creating opportunities for inclusivity.
